Denver Botanic Gardens will begin accepting facility reservations for 2009 events on October 1, 2008 at 8 a.m. Please send an e-mail to facilityrental@botanicgardens.org. Please do not come into the gardens in person. You may e-mail us with all of your contact and event information. All requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.
MEMBERS AND NON- PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON RENTAL RATES
A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is due ten days following booking. The site fee balance is due 30 days before your event, along with set-up information. The damage deposit is $500, refundable to you after your event if the site is found in an acceptable manner. There is a $300 set-up fee, which is charged per site.
