fête des fleurs

PRESENTING SPONSOR: UMB Bank

black tie dinner dance Denver Botanic GardensOn August 15, Denver Botanic Gardens' members and guests will gather for the Fête des Fleurs. The elegant, black tie dinner-dance and auction is widely considered Denver's premier summer social event. On this evening, the Gardens opens its gates exclusively for Fête des Fleurs guests to enjoy leisurely strolls though the Gardens while sampling cocktails and scrumptious hors d'oeuvres. Dinner is dining 'al fresco' under a tent, and dancing to the sounds of a live band caps off the evening.

All proceeds from the Fête des Fleurs contribute to the Gardens' Annual Fund. The Annual Fund supports general operations and proceeds are used in the areas of greatest need for horticultural displays, education, outreach, research and conservation programs.

The 2008 Fête des Fleurs committee is planning a beautiful and elegant evening to celebrate the glorious abundance of flowers that grace the Gardens in late summer.

2008 Fête des Fleurs Chair: Kathy Coors

Please contact Marcia Garton, Manager of Annual Giving, at 720-865-3690 or development@botanicgardens.org with any questions.
