WEDDING, RECEPTION & MEETING SITES

Rentals are available from 7a.m. through midnight year-round. Minimum 2-hour rental on all sites. Rental fee includes free parking and admission for your guests, privacy for your event for the scheduled time and an on-site event coordinator. Sites are available for weddings, events and meetings.

INDOOR LOCATIONS
Green Farm Barn is perfect for barn dances, corporate parties and receptions. Rental includes tables and chairs, private outdoor grassy area adjacent to the barn and 60’ x 40’ patio. Indoor seating for 160; standing reception for 250; outdoor patio seating for 170; outdoor grass seating for 1000.

Polly Steele Nature Center offers a unique setting with indoor and outdoor space for a small wedding, meeting, lecture or luncheon. This charming ranch house is part of the historic Green Farm and has a quaint screened porch that wraps around the side of the house. The beautiful old tree gracing the front lawn has been witness to many weddings over the years. The Nature Center provides indoor seating for 50; patio seating for 50; and outdoor lawn seating for 150.

Deer Creek Schoolhouse is the perfect setting for a small wedding ceremony, birthday party, rehearsal dinner or shower. The charming one-room schoolhouse dates back to 1875. The Schoolhouse provides indoor seating at round tables for 45 and classroom-style seating for 60.

OUTDOOR LOCATIONS
Hildebrand Ranch offers a peaceful outdoor area that can be reserved for up to 75 people for a dinner, reception or catered event. Docents will be available to provide indoor tours. This area is part of the Hildebrand Ranch which is on the National Historic Registry.

Open Air Chapel is an incredible outdoor site nestled in the meadow with a Deer Creek Canyon as the backdrop. Seating is available for 250.

Grassland Areas (including Hildebrand Vista, Green Farm Pasture and Meadows) are located throughout the gardens; these sites offer a sweeping panorama suitable for picnics, parties and weddings of all sizes.

Gazebo is a small outdoor area surrounded by grassy picnic areas. This is a great spot for coordinating outings to the gardens or corn maze, birthday parties and picnics.

Get lost in our gigantic 8.5 acre Corn Maze – one of the most attended mazes in the country. Boasting 12-foot stalks of corn, this year’s maze will include so many twists and turns that it will be the most challenging maze yet! Private rentals are available Monday through Thursday in September and October. The Corn Maze is an ideal outing for corporate events, scout and school groups, birthdays and large functions.
